When you meet Kevin, Tammy, Freda,

Jack believes there are critical elements that are
fundamental to success; teamwork & consistency.
“To really achieve something in life, you need
others to be a part of what you’re doing,” says Jack,
“particularly in the increasingly specialized real
estate profession where it takes a combination of
many skill sets to do the job properly. At the annual
RE/MAX Twin Cities banquet we achieved the
distinction of “Top Team for 2010’ award. Our
results are the natural outcome of caring about client
results. They feel our commitment because we treat
them as part of our team. We’re all in this together

Life is interesting. In this business one
never knows what’s going to happen tomorrow.
The one common thread is being able to help
others including those who are in need. Recent
economic challenges have left many people with
fewer resources. We gladly provide advice to

Kelly, as the newest member, feels fortunate to be

Kevin believes his role is one of service rather
than sales. “I enjoy getting to know my clients and
share their vision. My reward comes from helping
them discover the perfect home to match their
dreams, meet their needs and make them happy.” |

When asked to sell a property this team knows
it’s all about understanding the market and knowing
the product. Jack believes more could be done to
communicate the value of the team in addition to
advertising homes for sale. “There’s a delicate balance
between advertising client properties and promoting
the realtor so that your name is remembered when
it comes time to sell or buy. Our ‘It’s about the house’
philosophy is to advertise the house more than the
agent; a key difference in the approach of our team.” |

As Freda says, “We are 6 very different people.
While we make an excellent team, we don’t lose sight
of ourselves and each of us continues to build our
own reputations and clients. Every client benefits
from a choice of realtor that fits their personality &
style plus a complete team that believes in instant
communication; we are all cognisant of all projects
at all times. That provides excellent backup with
immediate and effective communication. We work
